1. Introduction

PiggieRich operates promotional sweepstakes that allow eligible players to participate in online games for entertainment and to earn Sweeps Coins, which may be redeemed for cash prizes. These Official Rules govern all sweepstakes promotions offered on PiggieRich.net.

2. Virtual Currencies

2.1 Gold Coins (GC) – Entertainment Only

  • Gold Coins are used for entertainment gameplay only.
  • Gold Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes.
  • Gold Coins may be obtained for free through bonuses and promotions, or optionally purchased for additional entertainment play.
  • Purchasing Gold Coins does not increase your chances of winning any sweepstakes prize.

2.2 Sweeps Coins (SC) – Sweepstakes Entries

  • Sweeps Coins are not for sale.
  • Sweeps Coins function as entries into promotional sweepstakes games.
  • You may receive Sweeps Coins by:
    • Receiving free promotional awards and bonuses,
    • Winning Sweeps Coins while playing eligible games,
    • Receiving bonus Sweeps Coins that come with certain Gold Coin packages,
    • Using the Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) described in these rules.
  • Sweeps Coins may be used to play sweepstakes-eligible games for a chance to win additional Sweeps Coins.
  • Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for prizes after successful account verification.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation.
  • Residents of Washington, Michigan, and Nevada are not eligible.
  • Players must not be prohibited by local laws from participating in sweepstakes promotions.
  • Employees and contractors of Prosperity Solutions Group LLC, and members of their households, are not eligible.

PiggieRich reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time.

4. How to Obtain Sweeps Coins (SC)

You may obtain Sweeps Coins in the following ways:

  • Free promotional awards and bonuses,
  • Winning SC while playing sweepstakes-eligible games,
  • Bonus SC that may be granted with certain Gold Coin packages,
  • Using the Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) described below.

Buying Gold Coins never constitutes a direct purchase of Sweeps Coins and does not change the chances of winning.

5. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To receive Sweeps Coins without making a purchase, mail a handwritten request containing:

  • Full legal name,
  • Residential mailing address,
  • Email address and phone number,
  • Date of birth,
  • The statement: “I wish to receive Sweeps Coins for entry into PiggieRich promotional sweepstakes.”
  • Your signature and the date.

Limit one request per outer envelope. Illegible, incomplete or mechanically produced entries will not be accepted. AMOE Sweeps Coins operate the same as all other Sweeps Coins.

6. Gameplay

  • Gold Coins are used for entertainment play only and cannot be redeemed.
  • Sweeps Coins are used to enter sweepstakes-eligible games for a chance to win additional SC.
  • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries and game outcomes.

7. Prize Redemption

  • Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for cash prizes at a fixed value (for example, 1 SC = $1 USD), as displayed on the site at the time of redemption.
  • To redeem prizes, players must complete account and identity verification.
  • Prizes may be paid using available payout methods listed on PiggieRich.net, such as Zelle, PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods offered from time to time.
  • PiggieRich may request additional documentation for large prize amounts and may refuse or delay payment if fraud is suspected.

8. Verification, Security & Account Limits

  • Players must provide accurate information when registering and redeeming prizes.
  • PiggieRich may suspend or close accounts involved in chargebacks, multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or suspected fraud.
  • Only one account per person is permitted.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the player. PiggieRich may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax forms where required by law.

10. Responsible Play

PiggieRich encourages responsible play. Players may request account limits, temporary suspensions, or permanent closure by contacting customer support.

11. Refunds

Gold Coin purchases are final and non-refundable except where a clear processing error has occurred. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any prizes.

12. Limitations of Liability

PiggieRich is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, network issues, or other problems beyond reasonable control. In all cases, PiggieRich’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the Sweeps Coins or prize at issue.

13. Changes to These Rules

PiggieRich may modify or terminate these sweepstakes or Official Rules at any time where required for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. Updated rules will be posted on PiggieRich.net and will apply from the time of posting.

14. Governing Law

All sweepstakes offered by PiggieRich are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
